Neon Elements operates mainly through pre-orders for large releases.

How do our pre-orders work?

We start by revealing the designs and accepting pre-orders on a certain set of items for a limited amount of time. Usually 1 to 2 weeks.

Once the pre-order period is over, we place the orders with our trusted suppliers.

Each supplier handles different products, and have their own various manufacturing and shipping times. Thus if you order multiple different items, the time it takes to receive your items to ship will vary.

Here are the estimates of each item category for them to be manufactured:

Stickers - Up to 2 - 3 weeks

Jet Tags - Up to 2 - 4 weeks

Air Fresheners - Up to 2 - 4 weeks

Nobori Flags - Up to 2 - 3 weeks

Apparel - Up to 4 - 12 weeks

Deskpads - Up to 8 - 12 weeks

The total times are based on each induvial manufacture's turn around time, their shipping method and the shipping company's shipping time, as well as our order processing times.

Once the items in your order are fully received, we will begin processing your order immediately, no need for waiting on items in the release that you did not order. You will receive a confirmation that your order has processed and shipped.
